Sarah Herron Shares How Her Life Has Drastically Changed Since Being on ‘The Bachelor’
Opening up.
Bachelor Nation first met Sarah Herron on Season 17 of “The Bachelor,” and she returned to our screens for Seasons 1 and 3 of “Bachelor in Paradise.”
Since then, Sarah found love off-screen with husband Dylan Brown and the two welcomed twin girls Evy and Coco last year.
Now, the Bachelor Nation star has taken to Instagram to share how her life has drastically changed since being on the shows.
Over a series of slides, she said, “I first arrived to Instagram in 2011, shortly before stepping out of a limo on national television in an attempt to find love. Before influencers were a thing, I was just a 25-year-old graphic designer living in L.A., sharing poorly filtered photos like everyone else.”
Sarah went on and shared how going on “Paradise” helped her start a nonprofit.
She said, “In my late 20s, I took an interest in outdoor recreation, which later became the impetus for starting a nonprofit called SheLift. But first, I went back and did a couple more stints on ‘Bachelor in Paradise,’ which still did not land me Prince Charming, but was so much fun. I left ‘Paradise’ with the confidence to quit my job in advertising and start SheLift.
“Through the nonprofit, I met my now husband, Dylan. We dated for 2 weeks and agreed over dinner that we wanted to create an amazing life together,” she continued.
“We became parents to a little boy in 2023. But, his soul had other plans and we had to say goodbye to him too soon. We spent the next year healing, and experienced two more devastating failed rounds of IV… Burnt out and losing hope on IVF, we decided to throw a Hail Mary and transferred two mosaic embryos hoping at least one of them would stick. Two weeks later we were pregnant with twins. Holy sh*t.
“Today, I care deeply about raising kids who see people. I value giving them big experiences and teaching them to live wholeheartedly — especially through life’s hardest moments,” Sarah revealed. “To me, this space has always been less about authority and more about honesty — about the messy middle — while becoming someone new without fully losing who I was all along. Because after love and loss, I’m still just a girl sitting in a limo waiting for her next big adventure.”
We always love hearing from Sarah and we’ve loved being able to watch her story unfold. We can’t wait to see what the future holds for her!
