Ali Fedotowsky Manno Shares ‘Unsettling’ Update on Husband Kevin’s Thyroid Cancer

Bachelor Nation fans got to know Ali Fedotowsky-Manno on Season 14 of “The Bachelor” and once again when she returned to our screens for Season 6 of “The Bachelorette” as the leading lady.
Since her time on the shows, Ali married Kevin Manno in 2017 and gave birth to their two kids, Molly and Riley.
Early last year, Ali took to Instagram to share the news that Kevin had been diagnosed with thyroid cancer.
She kept fans updated with his journey, including that he needed surgery on his thyroid.
After his operation, the former Bachelorette revealed the great news that he is officially cancer free.
However, this week while answering fan questions on her Instagram Story, Ali shared an “unsettling” update about his thyroid.
In response to a follower asking how Kevin is doing after his cancer experience, Ali revealed that he recently had a concerning follow up ultrasound.
She said, “Thanks for asking. He had a follow up ultrasound recently because only half his thyroid was taken out when he had the cancer removed. That ultrasound did find a spot that we need to watch.”
Ali went on and opened up about how it’s reminiscent of what happened last year.
She stated, “[It’s] definitely unsettling because ‘a spot that we needed to watch’ is how we found his thyroid cancer the first time.”
