Bachelor Nation fans saw Kelsey Anderson and Joey Graziadei fall in love and get engaged on Season 28 of “The Bachelor.”

Since their time on the show, the two have been enjoying their lives together and are starting to plan their wedding.

Kelsey loves to stay honest with her fans and will often reflect back on meeting Joey during her “Bachelor” experience. 

This week, the Bachelor Nation star revealed that while she fell in love with the Bachelor, she did have some doubts while on the show. 

In an online interview with “It Girl,” Kelsey reflected on her blossoming relationship with Joey and shared she had gotten into her head, doubting his feelings for her.

“I feel like I got in my head [at] certain times throughout the season,” she admitted, “But I never had any doubts of like who Joey was. I was just nervous of [his feelings] like, ‘Do you like me?’ But it all worked out!” 

Kelsey also shared the moment when she knew Joey was going to choose her at the end. “I feel like after our first one-on-one, Joey kept talking about how amazing it was and I was like, ‘Hey, okay!’ I kind of felt like I had it in the bag at that point,” she confessed. 

The Bachelor Nation star gave her advice for future contestants wanting to find real love and imagined what her life would be like if she had never gone on the show.

She said, “I would say go into it with real expectations and one step at a time and navigate it how you would in real life. It always was so strange to me whenever on Night One people were like, ‘That’s my future husband.’ And I was like, ‘I don’t know this man.’ I was like, ‘I don’t know him, I have to like him just as much as he likes me.” So I would say go into it open but also realistic.”

She went on, “I feel like my life without ‘The Bachelor’ still would be wonderful, if I had Joey it would be amazing. But I loved what I did before I went on the show. I was in Construction Project Management and I love New Orleans, that’s where I lived before. I’d probably still be there doing that, I really liked my job and I loved everybody that I worked with. They were all so sweet and they were very supportive while I was on the show. I felt like I had 50 dads! But yeah, I think my life would still be beautiful but I don’t think I would have Joey so it wouldn’t be as wonderful because I love Joey so much.”
