Hannah Brown Exudes Magic During 'Dancing with the Stars' Performance
Hannah Brown and Alan Bersten took everyone to a whole new world on Monday night during their spectacular “Dancing with the Stars” performance.
It was Disney Night on “DWTS,” and the duo performed the foxtrot to Zayn and Zhavia Ward’s beautiful cover of “A Whole New World” from “Aladdin.” Alan and Hannah started off their dance on a magic carpet with a huge moon in the background and fog surrounding the stage with Alan dressed as Aladdin and Hannah as Jasmine. Alan even brought out a genie’s lamp at one point.
The magical genie must have listened and granted their dancing wishes because they received two nines and one seven from the three judges (Len Goodman gave them the seven). Judge Bruno Tonioli called their dance a “magic carpet ride you wanted to go on forever and forever.”
Per usual, Hannah had a strong fan base supporting her at the show. This week felt extra special as her parents Robert and Susanne Brown (“Mama Brown”) came into town for the performance. Hannah said to her mom in one of her Instagram Stories, “I have really needed you.”
Her mom replied, “I really needed you.”
Hannah’s video continued, “I hope you all enjoyed tonight’s performance. I know I did because my mom and dad were in the audience, and that was awesome. I’m pretty sure she cried the whole time.”
Robert came into the frame at one point and said they were “here celebrating Hannah.”
Susanne threw some shade at the scores Hannah and Alan received. Hannah said, “We’re here celebrating two nines and one seven.” Susanne chimed in, “It should’ve been all nines.”
Hannah’s been teasing Disney Night on social media for the last few days. On Sunday, she shared photos on Instagram of herself and Alan standing in front of Cinderella’s Castle at Disneyland as fireworks went off in the background. She captioned it, “living my dream come true. who’s ready for Disney night?”
Here’s to hoping these two continue on their magic carpet ride of “DWTS” success!
