Peter Weber Looks Back on 'the Most Amazing Opportunity' Ahead of 'Bachelor' Premiere
The day has finally arrived: Peter Weber’s season of “The Bachelor” premieres tonight!
The 28-year-old shared photos on social media and paid tribute to the 30 women who arrived on night one to win his affection. He wrote a heartfelt caption that looked back at his time on the show, acknowledging both the ups and downs of the season.
“It’s impossible for me to express how thankful I am for having the most amazing opportunity to find my girl,” he began. “To every single woman that shows up tonight, thank you from the bottom of my heart for taking a chance on me.”
Peter continued, “Through every high and every low, I had the time of my life getting to know you all and made memories I will cherish forever. Thank you for being patient with me when I needed it, your grace never went unnoticed. To everyone involved in playing a part to make all of this come together, thank you. You all know who you are and we’re family for life.”

The pilot also praised Bachelor Nation and his fans for being “absolutely amazing.” He wrote, “I have felt the love non stop and it means so much that you have invested in me finding what I’m after. I hope you all enjoy the flight, we’re cleared for takeoff.”
Many former Bachelors and Bachelorettes shared Peter’s enthusiasm about the start of the new “Bachelor” season. Ali Fedotowsky-Manno commented, “So so so so so happy for you!!!! You’re a class act Peter!”
Katie Morton added, “Happy for you! So happy to see this story.”
In an interview with The Hollywood Reporter, Chris Harrison described Peter’s time on the show as “nontraditional.” He called Peter “the perfect guy,” but warned, “It is a turbulent, wild, emotional, gut-wrenching ride right up until the very end.”
Season 24 of “The Bachelor” premieres January 6 at 8 p.m. on ABC.
