Frequently Asked Questions
1. What time should I arrive?
Arrival times will be noted in your confirmation email. Please don’t arrive any earlier than this time as our Audience Team cannot open doors early.
2. What should I wear?
Unless otherwise specified, our dress code is upscale casual. Here are some tips for dressing for your Bachelor Nation experience:
- Think trendy or classic cuts and solid bright colors
- No logos, images or writing on any clothing is permitted
- Dressy jeans are OK but no ripped jeans
- Do not wear all white or all black tops
- Avoid wearing low cut or revealing shirts, tank tops or tank dresses, spaghetti straps, T-shirts, baseball hats, beanies, shorts, sweat pants, cut-offs, flip-flops, sunglasses, or baggy clothing
- Complicated prints like floral, plaid, or other unique patterns don’t look good on camera, so it’s best to avoid these
- There will be some walking required from the holding area to the show location, so please wear comfy shoes. If you’d like to wear heels at the show, bring them in a carrying bag so you can swap them when you get to the show location
- It can be chilly in the studio, so you may want to bring a light sweater

3. How is the Audience seated?
The Audience Team will make every effort to accommodate seating requests, however seating is limited and is based on availability at the time you and your party are to be seated. We may ask you to change seats during the show to accommodate production needs.
4. How will I know if I am on the official list of attendees for an event?
You will have responded to a Current Audience Call, or registered to be notified of Audience Opportunities in your area, on BachelorNation.com. When there is an event in your area that you meet the criteria for, you will receive a notification email. If you would like to attend, you will RSVP for the event. That RSVP does not guarantee you admission. Admission will be confirmed based on available space. When you are officially confirmed, you will receive an email letting you know that you and your group are officially on the list and cleared to attend. That email will have all of the arrival information you’ll need, but there is no physical ticket to present.
5. Is there anything that I am NOT allowed to bring to the show?
Do not bring recording devices, digital equipment, cameras, large purses, any bags, backpacks, sharp objects of any kind and/or weapons of any kind, mace and spray bottles are not permitted inside the studio or filming location. You will be informed of the cell phone policy on arrival. Sometimes cell phones are required to be checked-in to our secure holding area prior to entering the studio or filming location. On occasion, cell phones with cameras are permitted, but they must be completely turned off before entering the studio or filming location. We reserve the right to deny admission, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
6. How old do I have to be to come to the show?
The age requirement is dependent on the event and will be specified in the audience blast. At minimum, Everyone in your party must be at least 18 years old. Certain events will require you to be at least 21 years old. Everyone must have proof of age, such as a license, passport or birth certificate.
7. Can I be denied admission to the show?
Yes. You are participating as an audience member for production of a television series. If we deem you to be under the influence of any substance, a threat, or unfit, you will not be permitted inside the studio or filming location. Additionally, if your clothing choices do not comply with the requirements outlined above, you may not be permitted inside the studio or filming location. We reserve the right to deny admission at any time, for any reason, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
8. May I bring food and drinks?
After you check in, you will enter into Audience Holding. We always have snacks, soft drinks and water provided in this area, but if you would like to bring additional snacks, that is fine. When you enter into the studio or filming location, you will not be allowed to bring in food and beverages with the exception of water bottles provided by production.
9. Will I be able to leave the show early?
If you have been invited to a Bachelor Nation experience, you will be expected to stay the entire time. We will provide a rough estimate of an end time before you officially confirm your attendance.
10. Where is the best place to park?
Specific parking and transportation information will be provided prior to your Bachelor Nation experience.
11. Can I bring the cast a gift?
No. Gifts of any kind are not permitted for cast members or any guests. Production staff will not accept any gifts on their behalf, and no gifts may be personally handed to any cast member or guest at any time.
12. Will any of the cast sign any autographs?
No. Cast members and guests are an important part of our show. Due to time restraints and the number of people we accommodate per show, they will not be able to provide anyone with autographs. Please do not bring any items to be signed with you to the show.
13. Will I be able to sit with my entire party?
We try our best, but unfortunately we cannot guarantee your entire party will sit together.
14. What happens if it rains?
Please know that the majority of your waiting time will be in Audience Holding, which is covered. Only a short amount of time will be uncovered. Please bring necessary belongings to keep you dry. We will do our best to make everyone as comfortable as possible.
15. If the taping is canceled or rescheduled, will I be reimbursed for travel expenses?
No. Bachelor Nation does not reimburse travel expenses due to production changes for any of our shows.
16. What is the cancellation policy?
If you confirm and then cancel for any reason, or simply fail to show up, you will forfeit your chance to receive tickets for the rest of the season.
