Synopsis
Jillian Harris, a 29-year-old interior designer from Alberta, Canada, became an instant standout on Jason Mesnick’s season of “The Bachelor” when she immediately charmed America with her irrepressible humor and emotional honesty. Jillian graduated from the British Columbia Institute of Technology with a degree in interior design. Before becoming the Bachelorette, she enjoyed a busy career as an interior decorator for restaurants in both the United States and in Canada.
Jillian began her journey as the fifth Bachelorette at Bachelor Mansion, where she met 30 handsome suitors, all hoping to become her future husband. As her journey continued, the Canadian beauty took her lucky suitors to amazing locations, including Venice Beach, Vancouver, Whistler, Banff, Austin, Philadelphia, San Diego, Madrid, Seville, and Barcelona.
Jillian and her final three suitors ended their journey on the Big Island of Hawaii. There, she accepted a proposal from Ed Swiderski, a 29-year-old tech consultant from Michigan.
