Jade Roper and Tanner Tolbert Reveal Their Baby's Name
Watch out, Bachelor Nation! We have a new baby in town.
Jade Roper and Tanner Tolbert announced their baby boy’s name on Friday morning: Brooks Easton Tolbert. They both shared pictures on Instagram of baby Brooks wrapped in a blue blanket next to a board with his name, birthday, and weight on it.
“It’s official! Say hello to Brooks Easton Tolbert!” Jade captioned the sweet picture. “Born July 29th at 10:31 pm in our home, weighing 7lbs 9oz and 20 inches long! He has been the sweetest baby and we are soaking in every single moment!”
Brooks and Easton were both in the final four names that her fans picked out of a larger bracket on social media. The other two were Reed and Beckett.

On Wednesday, Jade explained on Instagram that she “accidentally” gave birth to Brooks in her closet on Tuesday evening. Her water broke and “75 minutes later I gave birth to our healthy baby boy while clutching a bench in our closet.”
She recalled it being “one of the scariest moments of my life because I felt so out of control.” Jade had firefighters, paramedics, her mom, and Tanner’s mom by her side “when I felt like the world was caving in on me and my unborn baby.”
Jade and Tanner’s daughter Emmy is apparently already loving the role of big sis.
