Hannah Godwin Has the Funniest Shout-Out to the 'BIP' 'Pigeon' Comment
Hannah Godwin made a shout-out to a certain “Bachelor in Paradise” moment that flies above the rest.
As a refresher, John Paul Jones got stuck in the middle of a love triangle that involved Haley Ferguson and Tahzjuan Hawkins. JPJ went on dates with both women, and his brief connection with Haley made Tahzjuan pretty jealous.
At one point, JPJ and Haley joined Tahz at the bar and she asked how their date went. It was about as awkward as you can imagine.
She also asked if Haley and the Speedo aficionado kissed, and he admitted that they had. A few moments later, Tahzjuan said to Haley (and in front of JPJ), “I’m so glad you’re here, Haley. Just kidding! I was like, ‘Wow can I spit in her wine?’ It was just a passing thought. I would never.”
She then uttered the infamous line, “You’re a pigeon, and we’re seagulls.”
Haley later said in a confessional, “Does she know I’m not a pigeon?”
On Friday, Hannah referred to this moment in a hilarious photo on her Instagram Story. She posted a very zoomed-in picture of a pigeon flying outside of the Louvre in Paris, and wrote, “[Haley] here in fashion week.”
Earlier in September, Haley posted a stock photo of a pigeon on Instagram and captioned it, “Felt cute, might delete later. Happy BIP Monday.”
Hannah and her fiancé Dylan Barbour are currently traipsing around the City of Love together and hitting all the big sites. They’ve also spent time in the Champagne region of France, looking like they’re truly basking in all of their newly engaged glory.
It’s safe to say none of us will ever look at a pigeon the same way again.
