DeAnna Pappas Stagliano & Her Kids Enjoyed Breakfast in Bed on Her Birthday
Is there any better way to kick off birthday celebrations than with breakfast in bed? Luckily for DeAnna Pappas Stagliano, that’s exactly how she spent her morning.
The Season 4 Bachelorette turned 38 on November 20, and she posted a photo on her Instagram Story of herself sitting in bed with her two kids, Addison, 5, and Austin, 3. The three smile as DeAnna holds a plate of tasty-looking food.
In a separate Instagram slideshow that showed her eating cake with Austin, DeAnna wrote about turning 38 and what she’s gone through this year. She said, “Today is my 38th birthday. It’s not been a particularly easy year. Lots of highs & several lows.”
DeAnna added, “And an extra 8 lbs to show for it 🙄 Getting older..am I right?!”
She then urged her followers to donate to Saving Innocence, one of her favorite organizations. The birthday girl concluded her caption, “Thank you all for the birthday love, the well wishes, & your continued love and support over the years. I’m hoping 38 is a little kinder to this old Bachelorette.”

DeAnna and her husband Stephen Stagliano celebrated their eighth wedding anniversary a month ago. She composed a number of heartfelt tributes to Stephen and uploaded pictures from throughout their relationship. In one snapshot from their wedding day, DeAnna wrote, “Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. It is not rude, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs. Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth. It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres.”
She continued, “Celebrating our 8th wedding anniversary today. I think back to this day 8 years ago, & it still stands as the best day ever. Surrounded by the people we love the most. Thank you to our friends & family who have walked alongside us these 8 years & prayed for our marriage.”
Three days after their anniversary, she posted another homage to her husband on social media. She captioned a picture of them smiling in a backyard, “For those of you who don’t know Stephen well {he hates social media}, he is so funny. The funniest person I know. I’ve always chosen personality over looks....but marrying this stud, I got both. Laughter really is the best medicine...and thankfully he’s so good lookin too. Thankful for my marriage & for my blessing of a husband.”
