Jade Roper & Tanner Tolbert’s Daughter Met Santa, and It’s Pure Christmas Joy
Santa Claus is coming to down, and he’s ready for his photo-op!
Jade Roper and Tanner Tolbert’s daughter Emerson “Emmy” Tolbert reached a major childhood milestone this week when she met Father Christmas. While Santa seemed happy to meet her, the 2-year-old appeared otherwise for a brief moment.
Jade posted a slideshow on Instagram that depicts Emmy perched atop a stuffed reindeer sitting next to St. Nick. In the first of two photos, Emmy, clad in festive clothing, winces a bit and looks off to the side. In the second snapshot, she smiles and stares right at the lens.
It was sugar, spice, and everything nice!

In her caption, 32-year-old Jade joked that Emmy demonstrated important life skills while meeting Santa. Jade wrote, “Emmy’s first time seeing Santa!! She wasn’t into sitting on his lap or taking candy from a stranger (good job kiddo!), but she did love riding the reindeer!”
Jade and Tanner’s son Brooks, who is almost 4-months-old, is a tad too young to sit on Rudolph and tell Santa what he wants for Christmas this year.
Emmy has a knack for expressive looks, whether she’s serving up “a whole mood” or enjoying a lollipop. The trait clearly runs in the family because Brooks has one of the biggest and brightest baby smiles out there!

In October, the “Mommies Tell All” co-host posted a sweet photo of Emmy putting her hand in a pool and staring at the ripple effect. Jade captioned it, “Don’t you wonder what she’s thinking in this picture!? I do!! Lol. Watching the world through Emmy’s eyes has changed me. Everything is new, the world is full of so many possibilities and she doesn’t care what other people think. Her imagination is limitless and she feels to the fullest. She makes me want to be more like her!”
Did Emmy get what she wanted for Christmas? We’ll have to wait a month to find out!
