Ashley Iaconetti Used to 'Try to Relive' Her First Kiss with Jared Haibon
Ashley Iaconetti and Jared Haibon may have had their fairy-tale wedding in August, but their relationship didn’t exactly take the most linear path.
On Wednesday, Ashley posted a throwback photo on Instagram of her first kiss with Jared. She captioned it, “Our first kiss!! While doing a deep dive in my photo album, I found this screenshot from 2015. I used to look at it before bed and try to relive it and now he snores next to me. (He only snored last night because he has a cold.)”
Little did they know then where it would lead them today!
Ashley and Jared crossed paths on Season 2 of “Bachelor in Paradise,” and it was clear from the get-go that the Virginia native only had eyes for Jared. They dated and broke up that season, only to reunite on the “Paradise” beach one season later.

They continued their relationship as friends post-”Paradise,” but it would take Jared a few more years to realize his true feelings for his now-wife.
After tying the knot at Rosecliff Mansion in Newport, Rhode Island, the newlyweds jetted off to Greece and Italy for their romantic and picture-perfect honeymoon.
In their wedding video, Jared admits he felt like “such a fool refusing to admit what I knew for so long” — that he loved Ashely all along. In an Instagram post after the big day, he wrote, “Ashley is my best friend, my person, my soulmate and now my wife. I love this woman more than words will ever allow me to express.” He called her his “favorite person on this earth” and that he felt like “the luckiest man in the world” marrying her.
On December 31, Ashley reminisced on her year and decade, and wrote about “the power of positive thinking.” She said she “brought everything I envisioned in someway or another into my life during this decade,” adding, “Some dreams became reality.”
She concluded her post, “At the end of this decade, I accomplished part one of my number one goal which has always been to ‘Get married and have my own family.’ It may sound like an old fashioned goal, but remember, love may not make the world go ‘round, but it’s what the makes the ride worthwhile.”

Right before the end of the year, Jared posted a picture from their honeymoon and poked fun at the evolution of their relationship, writing, “2017: I’m a jackass. 2018: Pulled my head out of my ass. 2019: The love of my life married my ass. 2020: She’s stuck with my ass.”
Ashley and Jared have traveled to far-flung destinations together and also enjoy date nights locally, whether at a Jonas Brothers concert or sitting on the couch together. On Tuesday, the couple reunited with Bachelor Nation’s iconic jeweler, Neil Lane, who called Ashley and Jared “One of the nicest, sweetest couple I ever designed a ring for.”
