'Listen to Your Heart's' Trevor Has a Secret, Swoon-Worthy Skill
Get a fan ready, because you might just melt when you learn what prompted Trevor Holmes' training to become "husband material."
The "Listen to Your Heart" cast member joined Rachel Lindsay and Becca Kufrin on a new episode of "Bachelor Happy Hour" and opened up about why he joined the show, what it felt like meeting Chris Harrison, and more.
Becca and Rachel love playing get-to-know-you games with their "Happy Hour" guests, and Trevor was no exception. Towards the end of their interview, Trevor answered a series of rapid-fire questions where he had to immediately pick between two scenarios, such as "beauty or brains" and "super tall or super short."

While these choices appear innocuous, they can show a lot about the person answering. Becca asked, "Cooking or cleaning?" and Trevor responded "cooking" immediately.
Rachel loved that answer. She joked, "I'm just seeing a scene of you in the kitchen and singing at the same time. I would be kicking my leg up drinking wine at the counter."
Trevor laughed and shared a special story about why he responded that way. He explained, "You what’s so funny? It was three years ago, and my mom FaceTimed me and she saw me in the kitchen. I didn’t used to cook."

He continued, "She goes, 'What are you doing?' I was on YouTube and I said, 'Mom, if I’m going to find a wife someday, I need know how to cook.' I made it a goal of mine to learn how to cook because I wanted to be husband material. That was the reason why I learned how to cook."
If that wasn't enough, he's also the proud dog dad of a one-year-old golden retriever named Koda.
Want even more reason to swoon over Trevor? Be sure to tune in to the series premiere of "The Bachelor Presents: Listen to Your Heart" Monday, April 13, at 8 p.m. on ABC, as well as the new episode of "Bachelor Happy Hour."
