The Season 17 Bachelor posted a photo in honor of his wife's 34th birthday that showed her looking down at their 4-month-old baby, Mia. He captioned it, "It’s my beautiful wife’s birthday! I’ve never known anyone so selfless and loving and caring and weirdly hot while being covered in baby puke. She’s the best and y’all should all wish her a happy birthday."

Catherine reposted several of her friends’ birthday tributes to her. She and Sean are also adept at sharing hilarious and sometimes self-deprecating photos of themselves with their kids. For instance, on Tuesday, Catherine posted a family selfie with all of them posed in the bathroom. In it, Sean smiles, Catherine appears as if she’s speaking mid-sentence, Mia cries, Isaiah peers at Mia, and Samuel looks stressed out.

Catherine captioned it, "Ok, we’ll try again tomorrow. We’ll all be in the same clothes anyway."

The photo of "baby puke" aside, Sean loves showing off his affection for his family in the funniest ways possible. On April 19, he posted a selfie with his daughter Mia sporting a huge smile. He captioned it, "I had no idea I could love a child so much until the day she was born." On March 9, the anniversary of his engagement to Catherine on "The Bachelor," Sean uploaded a picture from the big day and wrote, "Seven years ago, I made her the luckiest woman on the planet."

Catherine throws the humor right back at Sean, too. She posted a photo from their engagement the same day as Sean and typed, "The Bachelor finale starts tonight so of course I’m reminiscing. This is the moment my life changed forever. Seven years and an unnecessary amount of dumb jokes later, I’m not sure it changed for the better."

The past year has been an especially exciting one for the Lowe family. In June, Sean and Catherine announced they were expecting their third child together. Though they waited until Catherine gave birth to find out the baby’s sex, Catherine kept her fingers crossed for a baby girl. She told People in June, "I definitely am praying very hard for a girl. I’m trying to think girl thoughts."

Catherine kept up those "girl thoughts" when she threw herself a baby shower in November. She decorated her home with pink balloons and other decorations. She said in an Instagram post that day, "The reason why I’m throwing myself a pink baby shower is because the gender is currently ambiguous. If it turns out it’s a boy, I’m going to have to wait a very long time to have another girly party. So I’m doing obnoxious pink, girly, feminine, whatever, because I’ve never gotten to do anything girly.”

Those thoughts worked out well for Sean and Catherine, because they welcomed baby Mia Mejia Lowe on December, 23, 2019.
