JoJo Fletcher & Jordan Rodgers Postpone Wedding Until 2021
JoJo Fletcher was due to become Mrs. Jordan Rodgers this weekend (or Jordan to become Mr. Joelle Fletcher), but the coronavirus pandemic put a wrinkle in their plans.
JoJo and Jordan scheduled their nuptials for June 13, but they announced on social media that they decided to postpone the "wedding of our dreams" another year.
On Saturday, the Season 12 Bachelorette posted a photo from their second engagement and captioned it, "6.13.20 ... Happy 'What would have been Wedding Day' to us! As you guys know, we have spent the last 11 months planning the wedding of our dreams but given the circumstances of 2020, we had to make the difficult decision to postpone our special day."
Her caption concluded, "Even though I don’t get to marry you todayyyyy @jrodgers11, I know it will be all more worth the wait. 2021, we 𝘳𝘦𝘢𝘭𝘭𝘭𝘺𝘺𝘺𝘺𝘺 can’t wait for you."

Jordan shared a similar statement on his Instagram page as well. He uploaded a photo of them painting a wall in their house, writing, "Today was going to be our Wedding Day. We were supposed to be Husband & Wife, by now, and paint the town with all our favorite people. Instead we are painting a laundry room! At least she still has some white (paint) on."
He continued, "As you know by now we had to postpone our big day until next year, and although I would be just as happy saying I do right here covered in paint...our dream wedding will have to wait just a little longer I guess. I love you @joelle_fletcher and I can’t wait to marry you in 2021!"

In May, Jordan and JoJo celebrated their four-year anniversary together. Like most events during the COVID-19 crisis, they rang in the big day together at home with their dog Jackson and their new puppy Jagger.
Fans of JoJo and Jordan can relive their relationship a few different ways until their wedding next year. JoJo's season of "The Bachelorette" is available to stream on HBO Max and will also be featured as one of the 10 episodes of "The Bachelor: The Greatest Seasons — Ever!," which airs Mondays at 8 p.m. on ABC.
