Jade Roper Shares 'Bump-date' on Baby No. 3
Jade Roper Tolbert is bumping along during her third pregnancy.
The "Bachelor in Paradise" alumna shared a "bump-date" Tuesday by posting a selfie showing her in sweatpants, a bra, and cradling her growing baby bump. The photo comes one month after Jade and her husband Tanner Tolbert announced they are expecting their third child.
Jade wrote, "17 weeks pregnant! Haven’t been good at doing these little bump-dates, but hopefully I’ll have more energy soon to take cute pics! I’m thinking this is our last baby, so wanting to soak up every moment (laughing at myself when I say this cuz our kids keep us crazy busy lol) and document everything since it’ll be the last of the firsts."
Her caption continued, "My nausea only revisits me at night now, and the mornings are my favorite because little baby likes to make a bigger appearance and I can feel some tiny flutters! Also, please don’t mind the mess! 🙈 We are packing to go see family in Oregon! Wish us luck on a 1,000 mile drive with two tikes! 💗"

After their big announcement, Tanner explained in a Q&A on his Instagram Story that this pregnancy was "very much an accident."
Plus, they'll be extra prepared when Jade's due date rolls around in November to ensure she gives birth in the hospital and not in their master bedroom closet, which happened almost a year ago when they welcomed their son Brooks Easton Tolbert.
Jade opened up about the harrowing experience during an episode of the podcast she co-hosts with Carly Waddell (who is celebrating her 3-year wedding anniversary!). She began feeling contractions and realized she was going into labor. She went into her closet to get dressed to go to the hospital but then "realized I was not going to make it to the hospital in time. There’s no way I could safely go."
Tanner’s mom, who was staying at their house to watch their daughter Emerson, sat with her in the closet until the paramedics arrived.

Jade wrote in an Instagram post about the birth, "long story short, my waters broke and 75 minutes later I gave birth to our healthy baby boy while clutching a bench in our closet. It was one of the scariest moments of my life because I felt so out of control, but Tanner, Tanner’s mom, my mom and the medics and firefighters kept me going when I felt like the world was caving in on me and my unborn baby."
A week before posting her "bump-date," Jade recalled the five-year anniversary of meeting her husband on Season 2 of "Bachelor in Paradise."
She wrote on Instagram June 8, "Five years ago this month, I met my funny, wonderful and handsome hubby! Our first date was exactly 5 years ago on this past Friday, and now here we are 2 dogs, 5 pregnancies, 3 babies (counting my current pregnancy) and 1 big move across the country later!"
Jade explained in her caption that she made the decision to go on the show at the eleventh hour.

"Funny little thing most probably don’t know was that I almost didn’t go on our season of BiP!" she wrote. "I turned in my paperwork at the very last second, pretty sure it was midnight and the show had a 10 am flight booked for me the next morning for Mexico. Producers were texting me, probably panicking on the other side of the phone!"
Jade credited her "mom's encouragement" that made her decide to "jump in and be brave," dubbing it the "best decision I ever made."
