Caelynn and Dean both marked the occasion on social media by sharing photos and videos from their time together over the past year. Caelynn’s pictures include one of Dean and their dog Pappy in his van, the couple looking cute at a concert, and some other candid shots.

She captioned her pictures, "One year with this wonderful man ❤️"

Dean uploaded a slo-mo video of Caelynn standing by a large rock with her hair blowing in the wind. He wrote, "one year of togetherness 💜"

Other than their anniversary, Dean and Caelynn also jokingly marked the day that Dean broke up with her on "Bachelor in Paradise" — which also happened to fall on her birthday. The former Miss North Carolina captioned photos of them, "Happy one year anniversary of the day you dumped me 😘"

Dean uploaded a similar tribute, writing, "this time last year, some jerk was breaking up with her on a beach in mexico. hopefully this birthday goes a little smoother for @caelynnmillerkeyes 🤞🏻"

Caelynn and Dean met and fell in love on Season 6 of "Paradise." He was a welcome addition after Caelynn’s drama with Blake Horstmann, and the two immediately became an exclusive couple. Dean, however, admitted that he came to "Paradise" not looking for anything serious. After a Rose Ceremony (and on her birthday), he broke up with her and immediately left the beach.

A few days later, Dean returned to the "Paradise" beach — without his signature mustache — asking for forgiveness.

Dean inquired if Caelynn would leave "Paradise" with him and begin a relationship. He told her, "You put a smile on my face every time I see you, and I don't want that to stop."

When Caelynn accepted his offer, he kissed her and said, "It's the best decision you've ever made."

Since then, the couple has traveled all over the world together and embarked on all sorts of adventures. In September, Dean joined an episode of "Bachelor Happy Hour" and opened up about his relationship with Caelynn.

He shared, "The great thing about Caelynn is that she is an intelligent person and dynamic enough to take my humor in and spit it right back at me. I’m actually enjoying my time I’m spending with her, because I’m not having to filter what I’m going to say because I’m not worried I’m going to offend her."

Dean added, "That’s my favorite thing about her — is that I can be myself, which is a rarity."

Caelynn and Dean have also sparked marriage rumors as of late because Dean has been seen around wearing a ring on that finger. On Monday, Bachelor Nation fans will finally learn the truth about whether or not they’re married. The couple joins Chris Harrison for an interview on "The Bachelor: The Greatest Seasons — Ever!" and a teaser for the episode shows Chris saying, "Dean, I can see a ring on your finger. I'm going to ask this question once and for all for Bachelor Nation: Are you guys married?"
