Here's the Proof Kaitlyn Bristowe Is Ready to Win 'Dancing with the Stars'
Kaitlyn Bristowe hasn’t set foot on the "Dancing with the Stars" stage yet, but she’s got her eyes set on the prize.
The Season 11 Bachelorette posted a side-by-side photo that illustrates her fitness journey over the last 14 weeks as she prepares for the major dance competition. In each picture, Kaitlyn stands in front of a mirror wearing a sports bra and underwear, and it’s clear how much her body has changed in the course of three months.
Kaitlyn began her caption, "I’ve been working so hard on my mental and physical health over the last 14 weeks. Reading, meditating, resting, working out, lifting heavy, Pilates, boxing, going to physical therapy for mobility and strength, getting sports massages, dry needling. My body at 35 feels strong and ready to dance."
She joked, "All I keep saying is 'please don’t get sent home night one after all this work'."

Kaitlyn explained she’s grateful she has a goal to keep her motivated. She said, "I always think of myself as a hard worker, who also plays hard, and I’m just ready for this next chapter!!!"
Though Kaitlyn usually doesn't post "body pics," she feels "proud" about her progress and new strength.
Chris Harrison presented the "Dancing with the Stars" opportunity to Kaitlyn in an interview during her "The Bachelor: The Greatest Seasons — Ever!" episode. At the end of the three hours, Kaitlyn and her boyfriend Jason Tartick caught up with the show's host.
Chris said in a weighty tone, "In all seriousness, I do have a very, very real question for you Kaitlyn. This is a question I am so excited to ask you because, well, your life is about to change. I’m not joking."
Many people thought Jason would propose during the episode, but instead, Chris asked if she'd like to be on next season of "Dancing with the Stars."
Her jaw dropped in shock, and she responded, "Are you serious?! This is the last thing I thought you would say! I thought you were going to ask me to take over your job. That was the last thing. Yes, yes, yes! I am so humbled to say yes!"
Jason — and their two dogs Ramen and Pinot — were just as surprised and showered her with nothing but love. He wrote on Instagram, "Kaitlyn decided to forgo college to pursue dance, her dream was to always dance with professionals...5 years later from making her debut on ABC we’re heading to LA to make that dream come true. Mirror ball or not, you did it again...checked another box off your bucket list! And I’m freakin here for it!"

In June, Kaitlyn posted a photo in her dance studio and wrote about what the art form means to her. She described, "Being in a dance studio is genuinely my happy place. Everyone bonds over music and movement, no matter who you are or where you came from. Everyone is vulnerable and EVERYONE is in the moment. We all come from the same root, but the leaves are all different. Remember that."
Kaitlyn joins the ranks of other Bachelor Nation alums who have competed on the show. Hannah Brown took home the Mirror Ball Trophy last season and Melissa Rycroft won in 2012, and other familiar faces include Joe Amabile, Chris Soules, Michelle Money, and Nick Viall.
We can't wait to see Kaitlyn go after that Mirror Ball!
