Kaitlyn Bristowe Shows Off Her Relatable 'Night Time Routine'
Everyone has their own morning and evening routines, and Kaitlyn Bristowe is sharing how she winds down her day.
The Season 11 Bachelorette posted a video Sunday evening on Instagram that shows her dancing in a red-and-white striped blouse to the song "My Shot" from the wildly popular musical "Hamilton."
She captioned it, "Everyone’s been asking about my night time routine. This is it."

The snippet is fitting, given that she's in Los Angeles gearing up for her time on "Dancing with the Stars." On August 9, she posted a photo on Instagram that showed how much her body transformed during 14 weeks of intense training and workouts.
She wrote at the time, "I've been working so hard on my mental and physical health over the last 14 weeks. Reading, meditating, resting, working out, lifting heavy, Pilates, boxing, going to physical therapy for mobility and strength, getting sports massages, dry needling. My body at 35 feels strong and ready to dance."
