How DeAnna Pappas Is Handling Her Daughter's 'Homeschooling Hybrid Situation'
DeAnna Pappas Stagliano is rolling with the punches when it comes to her kids' school preparations.
On Monday, DeAnna posted a photo with her daughter Addison and explained how she’s coping with the "homeschooling hybrid situation."
She wrote, "Thank y’all so much for your encouragement about the homeschooling hybrid situation. This isn’t an ideal situation for any of us. I’ve decided to hire a tutor to help us out with Addison’s education."
DeAnna added, "I can’t even put into words the relief I feel this morning waking up & knowing I don’t have to fight with my baby girl about completing a worksheet on a computer she barely knows how to use."

Also on Monday, the Season 4 Bachelorette posted videos on her Instagram Story of her reciting the alphabet with her son Austin. DeAnna’s situation contrasts with that of Trista Sutter, who also posted on Monday about her two kids getting ready to go back to school.
Trista’s children Maxwell and Blakesley are returning to the classroom, and she wrote on Instagram, "'Did you say we go back to school tomorrow?!' Oh yes. That I did, my sweet babies. I love you more than you may ever know, but I think we all understand that this is what’s best for mommy’s sanity and your brains."
Trista wrote in her caption, "They may not be as excited as I am for the start of their 6th and 7th grade years, but I am hopeful that even with masks, no change in classrooms, social distancing, partitions, and lots of handwashing that they’ll thrive and continue to make me proud."

DeAnna has spoken about hybrid schooling in the past. On August 20, she wrote on Instagram, "I don’t want to be a 'yeller'. Truth: this hybrid homeschooling business is really hard. I know for a fact that Addison doesn’t complain about doing her work when she’s in the school building with a teacher. So why does it have to be such an enormous struggle with me?!"
Best of luck, DeAnna!
