Astrid Loch & Kevin Wendt Buy a House on 1-Year Engagement Anniversary
Astrid Loch and Kevin Wendt’s wedding may be postponed by a year, but they're moving full steam ahead with their lives together nonetheless.
Kevin shared on Instagram over the weekend that he and Astrid celebrated their one-year engagement anniversary by buying a house! He posted two photos of the family of three — himself, Astrid, and their puppy Ace — posing in front of their new home’s for sale sign with a giant "SOLD" marker on it.

The Toronto-based firefighter wrote, "Today is 1 year since I popped the question💍. Since the wedding is pushed we thought it’s a great time to say goodbye to the condo life! We bought our first family home in Toronto and move in 2 weeks!!"
His caption continued, "I get a garage, Ace gets a new neighborhood to explore, and Astrid gets, well.... the rest. Happy wife happy life they say."
Kevin thanked their real estate agent and also remarked that they will have "upcoming renovations."
