Anyone who follows Tyler Cameron on social media knows he loves his friends, his family, his dog, his workouts, and his cookies. The marathon runner is also known for his Adonis-like figure, with chiseled abs and toned arms. Now, Tyler is sharing how he fuels his body and what he eats in a day. Note: It’s not all protein shakes, though there are some.
Tyler uploaded a new video to his YouTube page Monday titled "What I Eat in a Day." In the 20-minute video, Tyler walks us through his meals and how he prepares them.
It all starts with his early morning pre-workout drink, a powdered substance he mixes with water to give him the extra energy he needs to get through the workout. He explained he uses it "on and off" and suggests others do that because "you build a tolerance to it." He’s been adding it to his routine as of late because he’s "been in a big meathead mode."
After lifting weights, Tyler heads to the kitchen where he makes a breakfast protein smoothie that he dubs "Jupiter Juice," (named after his hometown Jupiter, Florida) as well as "Blue Magic, Blue Love, Blue Ocean." Ingredients include almond milk, blueberries, banana, açai, protein powder, almond butter, and more. He even divulges a "secret ingredient" that "brings the whole thing together."
Tyler’s lunch consisted of a "Pub Sub," a sandwich from the beloved supermarket Publix, though they’re only located in the southeast United States. He said he was "indulging" for his boat day and went with buffalo chicken.
As for dinner, Tyler appears to be something of a grill master. He fired up the charcoal and cooked a perfect rib eye.
