Kendall Long's Smoothie Recipe Will Be Your New Go-To Snack
Fall may be around the corner, but for many parts of the country, it still feels a lot like summer. With warm temperatures sticking around, what’s a more refreshing snack or meal than a nice cold smoothie?
Thanks to Kendall Long, smoothie inspiration is right at your fingertips.
The "Bachelor in Paradise" alumna posted a boomerang on her Instagram Story Friday showing her go-to recipe, which includes oatmeal, oat milk, blueberries, cocoa protein powder, banana, and almond butter. Kendall captioned it, "I swear I drink one of these every day!"
She said in a subsequent slide that she saves a little bit of extra almond butter for her dog Pistachio.
Kendall’s smoothie is similar to Tyler Cameron’s creation, which he shared in a recent YouTube video titled "What I Eat in a Day." Tyler’s post-workout beverage, which he dubs "Jupiter Juice," has almond milk, blueberries, banana, açai, protein powder, almond butter, flax seeds, and cinnamon in it.
