'Listen to Your Heart's' Rudi Sings National Anthem Before NBA Playoff Game
Rudi Gutierrez can officially cross a major item off her bucket list.
The "Bachelor Presents: Listen to Your Heart" artist sang the national anthem Tuesday before the Los Angeles Lakers versus Houston Rockets NBA playoffs game. Rudi did not belt it out in person because the NBA is playing all of its games in a bubble in Orlando, Florida. The recording was played on large screens above the court.
Rudi posted videos of her big moment on her Instagram Story. She wrote as the caption on one slide, "I hope everyone had a fun and safe Labor Day Weekend! I got to sing the National Anthem for the @lakers playoffs game!"
The next story read, "Due to covid I didn't actually get to go lol but this is still a check off my bucket list!!"
Rudi has been sharing snippets of music on Instagram throughout quarantine and often shares her feelings of the day in musical form, which she performs and then lists the lyrics in the caption.

Plus, she not-so-subtly references her relationship with Matt Ranaudo from "Listen to Your Heart." On August 20, for instance, she captioned a selfie, "if you’re having a bad day, just remember... i told someone i was falling for them on national television and he said I was ‘very courageous for speaking my truth’ dare you to tag him if you know who."
