What Mike Johnson Finds Most Attractive in a Woman
Mike Johnson won over thousands of Bachelor Nation fans after his time on Hannah Brown’s season of "The Bachelorette" as well as Season 6 of "Bachelor in Paradise." Whether it was his signature smile, his upbeat attitude, or his desire to find his "fourth queen" in life, Mike made collective hearts flutter time and time again.
The fan favorite is always one to share confidence-boosting remarks, and his recent interview with Epicc Magazine is evidence of that. Mike, who appears on the cover of this quarter’s issue, opened up about self-love, how "The Bachelorette" changed his life, and what he finds most attractive in a woman.
Mike explained to the magazine that his "self-love changed one hundred percent" after appearing on "The Bachelorette." He admitted "being in the spotlight" posed some challenges and caused his "level of self-love" to fluctuate.

According to the Texas native, "The way that self-love helps with your success is in knowing your worth. You won't accept less from self or others. What I mean is that if you know you are worth $20 per hour but you're earning $7, you'll speak up. If you're in a bad relationship, you'll leave it."
Mike credits "introspection" as one of his main tools for success and for "good mental health."

He said, "The best way to be introspective is to have complete honesty within yourself. Don't hold back. Don't make excuses for yourself. Do release guilt and release shame. Do accept fault whether it was your own doing or someone else's."
Though Mike didn't find his happy ending on "The Bachelorette" or "Bachelor in Paradise," he knows what he wants and what traits stand out the most.
He revealed, "Poise really is by far the most attractive quality a woman can have."
