Bri Stauss Shares What Helps Her Feel 'Happy and Positive' Amid Coronavirus
Each person copes with difficult days in their own way, whether that be through exercise, music, or other outlets.
For Bri Stauss, coping comes in the form of four legs.
On Wednesday, the "Listen to Your Heart" winner shared a video on Instagram of herself petting and kissing one of her horses, presumably at her home in Utah. She began her caption, "Let’s talk mental health! Many of you have asked me what I do to stay happy and positive during these times. Anxiety and depression is something we all struggle with on different levels."

Also on Wednesday, Bri’s boyfriend Chris Watson posted a photo with Bri and wrote about how their relationship has been one of the highlights of his year.
He described, "Life is good baby, I got you lady ♥️ Through all the madness 2020 has been, it’s brought me love and I am beyond grateful for that. What’s something good that 2020 has brought you?"

In August, the couple spoke with "Bachelor Nation" about their romantic and musical relationship, and how they’ve learned to navigate it amid the coronavirus pandemic.
They said, "We are so glad that we had each other through the pandemic! On the show, we had to trust and rely on one another through some incredibly challenging experiences. This pandemic was something no one could have imagined, but the way we met allowed us to grow stronger while apart."
