Desiree Hartsock Siegfried Shares Fun Facts About Husband Chris
Desiree Hartsock Siegfried met her husband Chris on Season 9 of "The Bachelorette," and she wants everyone to know there’s much more to him than what viewers saw on television seven years ago.
On Wednesday, Desiree posted a selfie from a recent outing and paid homage to Chris, whom she dubbed "My heart, my soul, my cozy pillow."
She wrote in her caption, "I feel like there’s so much to Chris that many don’t know and definitely didn’t see on the show... so here you go."
Desiree then listed some of her favorite qualities in her husband, including calling him an "incredible cook." Not to mention, he baked a pie made with the fresh apples they picked while at a farm!

Desiree commended his work ethic, too, calling him "one of the best Mortgage Bankers I know," and shared that Chris "used to play minor league baseball for Cubs organization." (He showed that side of himself during their "Bachelorette" Hometown Date when they played ball in Oregon.)
According to Des, her husband "loves golf, cheesy popcorn & a good wine."
She added, "He was scouted in Seattle to be on my season of The Bachelorette so I’m forever grateful to the casting crew & his roommates at the time who talked him into joining."

Des noted, "I'm calm when he’s anxious, he’s calm when I’m nervous (especially with the boys), he’s logical when I’m in the clouds, I’m the dreamer when he’s consistent. Marriage is a constant lesson on how to balance and strengthen each other’s differences to grow together and I’m just so thankful for my man."
