Carly Waddell & Evan Bass Celebrate Her 35th Birthday with Fun Staycation
Carly Waddell’s 35th birthday started off feeling pretty bubbly.
Carly and her husband Evan Bass enjoyed a staycation in Nashville for her big 3-5 as they got to spend an evening to themselves. The "Bachelor" alumna explained Evan surprised her by taking her to the hotel where they spent their anniversary last year. Their suite featured a large bathtub, sweeping city views, and champagne.
Other than sipping champagne and watching "Clueless" later in the evening, Evan spent time attempting to teach Carly how to play blackjack. They even had a gaming table set up in their room.
Carly tipped her hat to the card game in one of her birthday posts on Instagram in which she holds all four queen cards and looks off into the distance smiling.
She captioned it, "Feeling like a QUEEN at 35 today!!!!"

On Monday, Carly posted a picture of her holding a cup of coffee and thoughtfully staring out the window. She wrote, "Update. 35 and 1 day. I survived. ☕️"

Evan and Carly marked their three-year wedding anniversary in June, and will celebrate their son Charlie’s first birthday in one month.
