All the Details on Clare Crawley & Chris Harrison's Night 1 Looks
Bachelors and Bachelorettes never disappoint when they step out of the limo for the first time and greet Chris Harrison just moments before limos arrive carrying a potential future husband or wife. The leading men look dashing in their tuxedos or suits, and the Bachelorettes shimmer in their floor-length dresses, ready to take on the evening.
Clare Crawley followed suit in perfect fashion.
Randi Rahm, who designed Clare's dress, shared details about the stunning premiere-night outfit on her Instagram page Wednesday. The fashion designer posted a video of a model showing off the dress and posing in a window display.
She captioned it, "CLARE-IFICATION on the captivating #RandiRahm gown worn by @clarecrawley last night on the @bacheloretteabc premiere! Comprised of over 5,000 handlaid cracked mirror pieces, this smokey, lavender couture design is a truly a work of art! 💜🎆"

Many of Randi Rahm's dresses have been featured on "The Bachelorette" before. Hannah Brown, Rachel Lindsay, Becca Kufrin, and others have all donned her gorgeous dresses for Rose Ceremonies and dates alike.
Cary Fetman, the show's designer, posted on his Instagram page as well about some of the Night 1 looks. According to Cary, Chris Harrison wore a black Theory suit, Dolce & Gabbana tie, and John Varvatos shirt.

Cary and makeup artist Gina Modica joined Rachel and Becca on "Bachelor Happy Hour" in May and shared some secrets about why season premiere dresses tend to look a certain way.
He said, "There’s a reason why they all have some gauzy bottom or sequins. I don’t think the audience realizes how long that night is and how many times you’re lifted in the air and put down."
There's also a strategy behind the material of the dress. Cary explained, "It’s gotta be something that I can dry and clean while the party is beginning before you go back out again. It can’t be something that is absorbed and is filthy, because it’s a really long night. You can’t worry about the fact that every time you cross your leg, the bottom of your dress is completely ruined."
To see what other great looks Clare and Chris will rock this season, be sure to tune in to "The Bachelorette," which airs Tuesdays at 8 p.m. on ABC.
