Ben Flajnik's Niece Is the Perfect Sous Chef in Their 'Cooking Show'
Ben Flajnik’s niece Josephine is proving herself to be an excellent sous chef at just 2 ½ years old.
Over the past several days, Ben has posted videos on Instagram showing him cooking up a storm with Josephine. They’ve made apple pancakes, steak, and chimichurri sauce to pair with said steak. Josephine’s eagerness to take on the kitchen is all the more apparent with her embroidered apron.
In Ben and Josephine’s first video, Ben encourages her to take a bite of their apple pancakes that they topped with cinnamon sugar. Josephine calls them "yummy" and continues taking bites of her fluffy pancakes.

He asks, "Do you want to start a cooking show with your uncle Ben?"
She responds, "Yes," with a mouthful of pancake.
After their pancakes, Ben and Josephine upped the ante to bone-in rib eye steaks. When Ben unwraps the steak, Josephine gasps and exclaims, "Wow!"

She later channeled her inner Salt Bae by sprinkling the rib eye with lots of salt and pepper. Later, when they made their chimichurri, Josephine proved to be a master at the immersion blender.
Josephine is a cooking star in the making, and we can’t wait to see what she and Ben whip up next!
