Adele Says 'Hello' as the Newest Member of Bachelor Nation
Bachelor Nation, say "Hello" to none other than pop sensation Adele!
Adele hosted "Saturday Night Live" over the weekend and starred in a sketch parodying "The Bachelor," featuring Bachelor Ben K.
She said in her intro, "Hi, I’m Adele Adkins. I’m 32. You may know me for being the singer Adele. I’m here because I’ve had a lot of heartbreak in my life: First at 19, sort of famously at 21, and then even more famously at 25."
She added, "I have a really good feeling about Ben K. I can already tell he’s going to be the love of my life."
Adele showed off her acting and singing chops in the skit. Ben K. opted to give his First Impression Rose to Hannah C., which caused Adele to immediately burst into singing "Someone Like You."
Hannah Alexis C. says, "I absolutely love being on 'The Bachelor,' but it has been hard getting alone time with Ben, especially with so many other girls in the house — including Adele. Especially Adele. The problem is Adele.”
Adele interrupts conversation after conversation with her songs, including "When We Were Young" and "Hello."
Ben ultimately sends Adele home because of her constant disturbances, but not without one final performance of "Someone Like You."
