Lauren Bushnell & Chris Lane Celebrate 1-Year Wedding Anniversary
Lauren Bushnell Lane and Chris Lane celebrated a milestone in their life together on Sunday: their first wedding anniversary!
Lauren and Chris tied the knot October 25, 2019, in Nashville. Their ceremony and reception featured a "secret garden" ambiance and a newlywed dance to Chris' song "Big, Big Plans," which he wrote specifically for his proposal to Lauren.
The couple commemorated their special day on social media. Chris posted a video recapping big moments from their wedding, including Lauren walking down the aisle with her father, Chris and Lauren reciting their vows, and the big reveal of Chris seeing the bride for the first time.
He captioned it, "Happy Anniversary @laurenlane I can’t believe it’s been a year!! Love you. Here’s to gettin old and grey together."

The "Bachelor" Season 20 alum also shared a photo in honor of their anniversary.

Just days before their anniversary, Lauren posted three pictures of Chris and joked, "Almost 1 year married and I’m sitting here wondering if all those cute little greys are from me 👰🏼 SoRrY 4 bEiNg cRaZy BaBy. I love being married to you."

The newlyweds have had a big year together. They've been able to spend plenty of time together due to stay-at-home orders, which resulted in them adopting a second puppy named Chloe.
They've also spoken about expanding their family from dog children to human ones, too. In June, said in an Instagram post, "About to get personal but I am very excited to start a family and get asked when we are having kids ALL the time but it just hasn’t happened yet."
She added later in her caption, "As I write this now I literally have tears streaming down my face because I cannot image living life without you @iamchrislane. I am so lucky I get to wake up next to you every morning, lucky I get to pray next to you and am continually humbled by your heart of gold 💖"
