Chrishell Stause Spills on if She'd Ever Consider Being the Bachelorette
Before hanging "for sale" signs, Chrishell Stause could have been handing out roses!
The "Selling Sunset" star joined Tayshia Adams, Hannah Ann Sluss and Joe Amabile on "Click Bait with Bachelor Nation," chatting with the podcast co-hosts about being this close to becoming the Bachelorette.
News came out in October that show executives had approached Chrishell to potentially be their leading lady. That all happened, however, before Brad Womack opted to choose neither DeAnna Pappas nor Jenni Croft on the finale. DeAnna ultimately became the next Bachelorette, setting the stage for Jason Mesnick to become Bachelor, and so on.
Chrishell said on the podcast, "This happened 10 years ago, so I never said anything. When it doesn’t come about, you don’t go around talking about it."
Joe asked, "If you were offered it today, would you do it?"
She responded, "Of course that sounds completely terrifying, but so did 'Dancing with the Stars.'"
Though Chrishell got voted off "Dancing with the Stars" this week, the show was an experience for which she was extremely thankful. It allowed her to become close friends with former Bachelorette and fellow "Dancing with the Stars" competitor Kaitlyn Bristowe.
She shared, "Kaitlyn is one of my favorite people. We were always hyping each other up. She’s got me behind her now rooting for her and pulling for her. She’s such a sweetheart. We always have each other’s backs and supporting each other whether the night went well or night well. I just love her so much."
