This Week in Bachelor Nation History: Carly & Evan Welcome Baby No. 2
Sooner or later, Evan Bass and Carly Waddell’s son will be able to utter those famous words, "I’m Chuck Bass."
Until then, it’s time to celebrate Charles’ big milestone: his first birthday!
Carly and Evan welcomed their second child Charles "Charlie" Wolfe Bass on November 12, 2019, and he joined big sister Bella Bass in the family. Evan also has three kids from a previous relationship.
Carly shared the first photos of her newborn two days after she gave birth. She described "Baby Charles was born on November 12th at 11:22 am in Nashville, TN. Charles was born quickly, after about 15 minutes of pushing, and came into this world face up (OP to the medical community) with one eye open and one eye closed like a pirate looking directly at me! He literally jumped straight into my arms, because the doctor let me pull him out the rest of the way."

She added, "A beautiful and unique delivery. Charles is a beloved family name on both sides and we wanted to incorporate the name wolf because he was born on a full moon and started howling the second he was born. (Apparently this is a very popular name right now. Which makes my grandfather seem even cooler than he already was!) We are so thrilled and in love with our new little addition."
That same day, November 14, Evan posted a video of Bella meeting her baby brother and holding him. He captioned it, "When Chuck met Bella. You better believe i had to name a kid Chuck Bass!! His first word shall be 'I’m Chuck Bass' xoxo"

Charlie and Bella have quickly become the best of friends, and Carly often shares photos of their sweet sibling moments together. Carly loves singing to her kids, explaining that "Somewhere Over the Rainbow" will be Charlie’s official lullaby.
