Haley Ferguson Moves to Sweden to Be Closer to Her Boyfriend
Good bye Sin City, hello Sweden!
Haley Ferguson packed up her belongings and moved to Sweden last week to be with her boyfriend Oula Palve, who plays professional hockey in that country. The couple met in Haley’s hometown of Las Vegas and proceeded to work through a long-distance relationship when he moved back to Europe.
Haley shared the big news on Instagram as she posted a photo of herself sitting on stairs. She looked ultra continental in a white turtleneck, plaid pants, white boots, and a pink Yves Saint Laurent bag by her side. She captioned it, "I’m international 🇸🇪"

A few days prior, Haley's twin Emily announced that her sister "officially made it to Sweden."

She captioned a picture of the two of them, "As sad as this makes me to know she won’t be here every second of every day with me I’m beyond proud of her for following her heart and going across the World to start a new adventure! I know you’ll take the best care of her @oula7 ☺️ See ya on FaceTime sissy!"
Earlier in the week, Haley opened up in an Instagram post about her adjusting to her new city of Linköping.

She began, "Been trying to adjust to the time difference over here! I’ve been doing pretty good, had a little trouble getting to sleep last night but hoping I’ll be able to sleep tonight. Went to the gym today and tried to force myself to workout but I prefer taking classes and having someone tell me what to do!"
Haley explained, "Oula has been taking me places and then picking me back up since the streets are bit different here. 🤣 so I’ve gotta try to do some at home workouts every now and then. Basically just trying to get into a comfortable routine and I’m thankful @oula7 is always so supportive!"
Right after arriving in Sweden, Haley uploaded a video documenting the weeks leading up to her big move, as well as what it was like traveling there.
