Arie Luyendyk Writes Heartfelt Note to Lauren on Her Birthday
Lauren Burnham Luyendyk turns 29 Friday, November 20, and her husband Arie is making sure she feels the love.
Arie posted a slideshow of photos and videos of his wife on his Instagram in honor of her special day. These uploads include a snippet from their wedding day, a picture of Lauren holding shaved ice in a watermelon as she's pregnant with Alessi, a snapshot of Lauren and Alessi sitting on a train, and others.
He captioned it, "Happy birthday @laurenluyendyk! The years are going by too fast... I love you so dang much and I’m so proud of the wife and momma you are. Staying home this year with you has honestly been the best. Cheers to you! 🥂"

Lauren commented on the post, "😭crying. love you so much."
In September, Arie and Lauren took a romantic getaway to Lake Tahoe for his birthday, but neither has indicated yet if they're taking any quick weekend trips for her.
Last year, the family of three traveled to Paris for Lauren's birthday. They stopped by landmarks such as The Louvre, Eiffel Tower, and Versailles, but there was one place in particular that meant the most to Arie and Lauren.
Arie wrote in his birthday tribute in 2019, "Paris will always have a place in my heart because this is where my heart grew on my first date with you. It’s hard to believe it was two years ago but when you have a thing going like we do the years fly by."

They paid homage to their meeting on "The Bachelor" and their first date in Paris by dining at the famous restaurant Le Grand Véfour. He wrote on his Instagram Story at the time, "Lauren and I had our first 1 on 1 date on the Bachelor in Paris and we stumbled upon the restaurant we ate at on a walk tonight. We talked about how we walked down this little street lined with arches after dinner and how it’s crazy to think back to it all."
He added, "Being back here makes us so happy to see where it all began."
Happy birthday, Lauren!
