Nicole Lopez-Alvar Celebrates 1-Year Anniversary with Boyfriend Adam
Nicole Lopez-Alvar is glowing with love on her one-year anniversary with boyfriend Adam Levit.
Nicole posted a photo Friday on Instagram of them standing on the beach as Adam kisses her head and the sun sets in the background. She captioned the image, "One year 🌅 I Lev you...thanks for turning me into a morning person (kinda)."
Despite quarantine, Nicole and Adam still manage to spend lots of quality time together with date nights and trips to the beach.

The "Bachelor in Paradise" alum opened up on her podcast about her relationship and how she first met Adam. Nicole explained to co-host Sydney Lotuaco that one week in particular, she had dates lined up every night. The first two, on Monday and Tuesday, didn’t go very well, but the tides turned Wednesday when Adam asked her to get sushi for dinner.
Nicole said, "The second I saw him, it’s cheesy to say love at first sight, but it made me feel like every other guy didn’t exist. The other guys Monday and Tuesday were such a waste of time. We had that energy, we had that look, and couldn’t stop staring at each other. That chemistry, that was it."
The Miami native admitted she usually plays hard-to-get and doesn’t like seeing guys more than once a week when they first start dating. She threw those rules out the window for Adam.

She shared, "I knew he was the one because usually I would see a Hinge date a week later, and he was like, 'Can I see you in two days?' and that was the night before my birthday. Mine was Saturday and his was Sunday. It was crazy that I ended up hanging out with him that same week on Friday."
By Thanksgiving, the two were already a couple, although Adam never formally asked Nicole to be his girlfriend.
"That was it," Nicole said. "I ignored everyone else. We’re on the same page."
As Clare Crawley said and exemplified on "The Bachelorette" this season, "When you know, you know."
