Becca Kufrin Has Some Solid Advice for Avoiding Your Ex on Social Media
Time to tap out! Becca Kufrin headed over to Instagram on Monday to explain how she steers clear of seeing former flames pop up in her social media feed.
During an Instagram Story Q&A, the former Bachelorette replied to a fan who asked, “How do you avoid exes on social media that you don’t want to see?”
According to Becca, it’s super simple. “So there’s this really awesome tool on Instagram,” she said facetiously. “It’s called the unfollow button! And it’s going to be your best friend.”
The “Bachelor Happy Hour” podcast host also shared her favorite song from Taylor Swift’s latest surprise album, “Evermore,” naming “Long Story Short.”
Incidentally, the lyrics to that track deal with the emotional aftermath of parting ways with a partner who makes one’s life miserable: “Long story short, it was a bad time / Pushed from the precipice / Clung to the nearest lips / Long story short, it was the wrong guy."
On the subject of relationships, Becca said that she has no plans to jump back into the dating pool anytime soon. “I will start dating preferably when restaurants open up again,” she said during her Q&A, noting current restrictions in Los Angeles due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic.
Becca then added, “And when I find somebody who is not offended if I keep my last name.”
The brunette beauty’s romance revelations come just months after she called it quits with Garrett Yrigoyen, whom she had been engaged to for two years following the “Bachelorette” Season 14 finale. Becca shared the news of their split during the September 1 episode of “Bachelor Happy Hour,” emphasizing that the decision came “after many conversations” and that it “wasn’t just something we just arrived at one night.”
