Back in May, Clay opened up about his relationship with fitness during an interview with “The Sarah Scoop Show.” “Health and wellness has always been one of my big things. It’s been a hobby. It’s a lifestyle,” he said. “I just love health and wellness.”
Clay also spoke about the importance of staying in shape during such a trying year as 2020, which has seen many gyms close due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic.
“I post some workouts on my Instagram page where you can do body weight squats, body weight jumps, push-ups,” he said. “You can just do so many good things with your body weight: your core, planks, so many different exercises. You can pretty much get the same benefits that you can in the gym if you really work at it.”
