Peter Weber Officially Begins His Move to NYC: 'Ready to Go'
He’s ready to take a bite out of the Big Apple! Peter Weber revealed that his move to New York City is officially underway.
“All right, it is officially moving day,” the former Bachelor said in a video on his Instagram Stories as he stood in front of a stack of boxes. “I got all this stuff packed up here, ready to go. New York, we comin’!”
The Southern California native wrote alongside his post, “Thank you @mayflowermovingcompany for taking this journey with me SOOO EXCITED!!”
Peter originally planned his January move with Kelley Flanagan before calling it quits with the gorgeous attorney on New Year’s Eve.
“Love is a funny thing. It can make you feel on top of the world and it can make you feel a pain you wish didn’t exist,” he wrote in part via Instagram. “I’m here to share that Kelley and I have decided to go our separate ways. While our relationship was filled with countless beautiful memories, our relationship simply didn’t work out in the end. Kelley is someone I will always have a special love for.”
Peter and Kelley began dating in the spring of 2020 after meeting on Season 24 of “The Bachelor.” The pair went on to spend a significant amount of time together as they quarantined at Kelley’s Chicago home during the start of the COVID-19 pandemic in March.
Days before going public with their breakup, Peter said that he was “beyond excited” to explore the concrete jungle with Kelley and shared what he loved most about her during a candid Instagram Q&A.
“My favorite thing about Kell is that she just has such a beautiful gift to be able to pull out the absolute best in whoever she’s around,” he gushed at the time. “And it’s just so organic. She comes from such a place of love and it’s the reason why I love her so much.”
Although Peter will be flying solo on the East Coast, the move is still a dream come true for the beloved Bachelor Nation star. “I had actually made it a goal of mine when I turned 20 that I wanted to live in New York City before my 20s were up,” the 29-year-old has previously said. “And I’m just barely crossing it off the list!”
