Amanda Stanton's Self-Care Tips Will Help You Make It Through the Rest of the Week
It’s time to prioritize yourself, Bachelor Nation! Amanda Stanton took to social media on Tuesday to dole out some solid self-care tips that will help you make it through the rest of this week.
The beloved "Bachelor" alum's suggestions came during an Instagram Q&A after a follower asked how she takes care of her mental health.
In response, Amanda shared the following list:
1. Put my phone away/take social media breaks (most important).
2. Get outside! Sometimes if I’m in a weird mood, just going for a walk helps me so much!
3. Take a bubble bath.
4. Put on a face mask.
5. Make a cup of tea.
6. Practice gratitude.
7. I do try to meditate but sometimes it’s hard for me!
Understandably, meditation might be difficult for Amanda, as the single mother has her hands full with daughters Kinsley, 9, and Charlie, 7, whom she shares with ex-husband Nick Buonfiglio.
In another section of her Instagram Story, Amanda’s daughter Kinsley made an appearance, during which she described her relationship with little sister Charlie. Amanda turned the camera toward Kinsley to answer this fan query: “Do K & C fight a lot?”
“Yes, we do. We fight about toys and we also fight about who gets to sleep next to you,” Kinsley explained to Amanda from their home in Southern California.
“But most of the time you guys are friends?” Amanda then asked Kinsley, to which she admitted, “Yeah. A lot.”
Elsewhere, Amanda revealed that another follower requested “more K+C videos” even if her girls “never want to” participate.
“Of course I’ll be on your Instagram,” Kinsley assured her mom in another video clip. “It’s just, I didn’t really want to be on [my mom’s] Instagram for a while, but now I really do.”
In another slide, Amanda opened up more about her kids when she was asked to predict what they might do for careers one day.
“I really have no idea! But if I had to guess now based off their personalities, I think Kins would be a veterinarian or something with animals because she loves animals so much (& they love her). And Charlie I could be being an accountant or something,” the proud mom wrote. “She is super independent and likes to work alone.”
