LOL! Tanner Tolbert Face-Swaps with His Kids and We May Never Recover
Pass the tissues, Bachelor Nation — because we are crying with laughter!
Tanner Tolbert took to Instagram on Friday to share hilarious videos of himself and his kids using a face-swapping filter. The handsome father — who shares daughter Emerson, 3, and sons Brooks, 18 months, and Reed, 11 weeks, with wife Jade Roper — joked in his caption, “People say our kids look like me … I don’t see it.”
In the first clip, Tanner and Emerson discuss their new looks. “Emmy, I like your beard,” Tanner says, to which his adorable daughter replies, “I’m Daddy, and you’re Emerson.”
He then asks, “This looks funny, huh?”
It wasn’t long before Emerson decided she wanted her face back. “I don’t want to be Daddy anymore,” she tells Tanner in the video.
“You want to be Emmy now?” he asks. “Yeah,” she responds without hesitation.
“But I like being Emmy,” Tanner admits. But Emerson isn’t having it, as she boldly declares to her father: “I don’t want to be [you] anymore.”
In the next slide, Tanner is seen relaxing with his youngest child, Reed. “Hello, baby Reed,” the dad of three says, while the infant — who is rocking facial hair and adult features — simply babbles in response.
Notable Bachelor franchise alums expressed their amusement in Tanner’s comments section. “What did I just watch?” Sarah Heron wrote, while Ashley Iaconetti left a series of crying-laughing face emojis.
Tanner’s funny post comes less than two weeks after he and Jade celebrated their five-year wedding anniversary with a relaxing staycation with their family at Windansea Beach in San Diego, California.
“First of all, I can’t believe it’s been 5 years. Second of all, I can’t believe how lucky I am that you said yes in the first place,” wrote Tanner, who met and fell in love with Jade on Season 2 of “Bachelor in Paradise” in 2015.
“You are exactly everything I ever dreamed of as a wife and as a mother to my kids," he added. “Thanks for putting up with me all these years. Here’s to many more babe. Love you @jadelizroper.”
