Tia Booth Gives Bachelor Nation a First Look Inside Her New Nashville Home
Home, sweet home! Tia Booth took to Instagram on Tuesday to give Bachelor Nation a glimpse inside the new house she recently purchased in Nashville, Tennessee.
“Nashville, I loved ya so much I decided to make it official!” she wrote alongside a photo of herself sitting on the floor of what appears to be her bedroom. “YA GIRL IS A HOMEOWNER!!!!”
In the pic, Tia looks comfy and casual wearing a Nashville T-shirt and ripped jeans with her hair tied up in a messy bun. She is also seen drinking red wine straight from the bottle while taking a break from assembling her bedframe.
“As you can see, it’s going great,” she jokingly added in her caption.

Just one month ago, Tia revealed that she purchased her first home at 29, settling down in Music City nearly one year after relocating from her native state of Arkansas.
“They told me to stay home so I bought one,” she wrote January 10 via Instagram, referencing the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, which has forced many to spend extended periods in self-isolation.
“I’m a single, independent first time homeowner WHAT?! I’ve cried 5 times over it,” she continued. “I reached out to a lender on Wednesday, was approved to buy on Thursday, and signed the contract on Saturday.”
Tia went on to say that she and her real estate agent, Ashley Thompson, looked at several homes before putting offers in on the ones she loved most.
“[We] prayed that the right offer would be accepted,” the “Bachelor” Season 22 contestant wrote, explaining that she felt the spirit of her beloved late grandmother — who passed away in December — throughout the entire process. “I truly believe my Nanny was there every step of the way, and I know she would be so proud of me.”
Teasing that more home-related social media content will soon be on its way, Tia wrote, “It’s an absolute dream home. When I have my mind set on something, I don’t stop until it comes to fruition. Can’t wait to take y’all on this journey with me!!”
