Bachelor Nation Couple Raven Gates & Adam Gottschalk Wed in Texas Ceremony
It’s official!
After several pandemic-related delays, Bachelor Nation couple Raven Gates and Adam Gottschalk tied the knot in front of close friends and family during a gorgeous Friday ceremony at The Olana, a luxe wedding venue in Dallas, Texas.
“We've been waiting for this day for a long time!” Raven told People after walking down the aisle. “I'm so happy to get married to someone I love so much.”
Added Adam, “We're just so excited that it's finally happening. And we're going to have a wonderful future together.”
The handsome real state investor took to his Instagram Story earlier in the day to share his enthusiasm at exchanging vows with Raven.
“I cannot believe I found my future wife on a TV show and we’ve decided, and we’ve committed to each other to make things work. I’m so excited. And it can happen to anybody, whether you’re on a TV show or not,” he said in a video clip. “Thank you so much for the support and love.”
As fans are well aware, Raven and Adam met and fell for each other while filming “Bachelor in Paradise” Season 4 in 2017. Though their reality TV story didn’t conclude with a proposal, the pair continued a relationship that flourished off-screen.
Less than two years later, Raven announced her engagement to Adam via Instagram. “I’m keeping you forever and for always,” the brunette beauty wrote alongside a series of photos with her man, which also highlighted her sparkly ring. “We will be together all of our days.”
The pair originally planned to get married in May 2020 but the ongoing COVID-19 crisis forced them to readjust multiple times. According to People, the bride and groom took coronavirus precautions into consideration on Friday, administering COVID-19 tests to guests and taking temperatures.
“We wanted to make sure it was safe for everyone,” Adam told the magazine. “Everything changed from our original plan. But life can throw curve balls. You have to adapt!”
And adapt they did. Congrats, Raven and Adam!
