'Talking It Out': Zac Clark Opens Up About His Incredible Road to Recovery
Zac Clark stopped by “Talking It Out” and opened up to co-hosts Mike Johnson and Bryan Abasolo about his experience with addiction and recovery.
During his interview, Zac — who proposed to Tayshia Adams after he won her final rose on the December 2020 finale of “The Bachelorette” Season 16 — discussed his sheltered upbringing and how he went down a dark path with drugs and drinking.
Elsewhere, the handsome Release Recovery co-founder revealed how he kept his substance abuse hidden from his loved ones. Zac later told Mike and Bryan about the last few hours he was on drugs and reminisced on his reunion with Rhonda Jackson, the bank teller who he says saved his life in 2011.
Zac also reflected on his “Bachelorette” journey, detailing his feelings about dating sober and Tayshia’s supportive response to his past struggles.
Listen to part one of Zac’s “Talking It Out with Mike & Bryan” interview below — and stay tuned for part two, which is set to drop on Monday, April 26.
