Anna Redman Reveals Why She Got a 'Lip Flip' in Candid Post
Anna Redman recently took to social media to reveal the secret behind her gorgeous pout.
In a candid Instagram Reel, the Bachelor Nation star — who competed for Matt James’ heart on “The Bachelor” Season 25 — explained why she turned to a noninvasive cosmetic procedure to add volume to her lips.
“Once upon a time… I got a lip flip,” the stunning Chicago resident wrote alongside a clip that compared before and after photos. “If you have a gummy smile and want more lips without filler, this is a great option. I’m OBSESSED.”
Anna also gave a shoutout to the woman who helped her achieve what she considers to be a “perfect” lip flip: board certified physician assistant Ashley Louise Bohling of Wiesman Cosmetic Surgery.
“@injectionsby_ashleylouise KILLED IT,” she added.

According to Healthline, a lip flip is an in-office procedure that only takes about 10 to 20 minutes to complete. It typically involves the injection of Botox into one’s Cupid’s bow and the corners of one’s mouth. The injection temporarily relaxes the muscles around the lips, causing part of the inner upper lip to “flip” outward for a fuller look.
Anna’s revelation about her lip flip comes shortly after another franchise figure got real about her own use of injectables.
In a March Instagram Story video post, Tia Booth explained her decision to alter her appearance with Botox and other fillers.
“I always add a disclaimer every time I do this,” the physical therapist-turned-influencer said at the time. “I talk about it just so you don’t think I’m trying to hide anything from you.”
In an accompanying caption, she elaborated, “I always talk about this because to me, it’s better to be up front and honest than pretend I don’t have this stuff done.”
Later, Tia clarified that she is “beautiful without all of this.” However, as she explained, “I just like having a top lip and I like for my forehead to be frozen. It is what it is.”
