Ali Fedotowsky-Manno Meets the Sister She Never Knew She Had: 'I Cried When I First Saw Her'

Ali Fedotowsky-Manno recently discovered she had a sister she’d never met — until now.
The former Bachelorette took to Instagram on Monday to take Bachelor Nation inside the emotional meeting she had with her previously unknown sister Tonya.
“Meet my sister. Cause I just met her too,” Ali wrote alongside a sweet photo of herself and Tonya embracing. “That’s right. This is my dad’s daughter that he just found out about late last year. He’s 69 years old.”
Ali — who also has a sister named Raya — continued, “I’ll never forget the FaceTime when [my dad] told me ‘You have a sister.’ Sure dad I know. ‘NO ANOTHER sister!’ What?!? I was surprised, excited, had a million questions but mostly so so so happy to be expanding our family!”
The franchise star — who lives in Nashville with husband Kevin Manno and their kids, Molly, 4, and Riley, 2 — then recounted the questions she asked herself before meeting Tonya: “Who WAS she? Where did she live? What was she like? Would we get along?”
Ali soon found out she had nothing to worry about. “When I went to Massachusetts last month, I got to meet her and wow! Just wow! I INSTANTLY felt like she was my best friend!” she wrote. “Someone I could talk to about anything. In fact, I cried when I first saw her. She has my grandma Molly’s eyes. I’m crying as I write this just thinking about it.”
Ali ended her post with a warm message for Tonya: “Welcome to the family. We may have just met, but I feel like I’ve known you my whole life!”
