Fitness Enthusiast Sydney Lotuaco Shares Top Tips for Building Your Best Booty Ever
Time to get cheeky! Sydney Lotuaco headed over to Instagram on Wednesday to share her top tips for improving your booty workout.
“3 ways to better that 🍑. Try these tips during your next #workout to take it to the next level!” the fitness instructor, model, and dancer captioned a video that sees her executing her go-to moves.
While demonstrating a series of exercises in the clip — set to the tune of Doja Cat and SZA’s hit song “Kiss Me More” — Sydney doles out solid advice in a voiceover.
“Shift weight into your working leg or go to fist or elbows if you have back or wrist sensitivities. Pay attention to your core. Don’t over-arch your back or drop your head,” she says while performing a series of leg lifts. “When in doubt, do it on your back.”
Sydney then offers ways to “challenge” yourself. “Amp it up! Challenge your stability by adding upper body with lower [body work] or working with balance, trying to stabilize on your supporting leg,” she says. “For an added challenge, add weights or a resistance band to really challenge that lift.”
The Bachelor Nation star concluded her tutorial with these reminders: “Make sure to isolate from the muscle you’re working — and never forget to admire your hard work.”
Sydney’s glute-focused routine comes weeks after she shared the exciting news that she accepted a job at The AKT Studios in Cincinnati, Ohio, where she lives with boyfriend Nick Wehby.
In her role, the “Bachelor Live on Stage” performer teaches a combination of toning, interval, circuit, and dance-based workout classes.
“I’ve always been active and have loved teaching and connecting with people through fitness and dance, so when I saw that there was an @theaktstudios here it felt meant to be,” she wrote in a May 2 Instagram post. Working here was a way for me to find my people and not lose my inner dancer or active lifestyle.”
