Pregnant Lauren Bushnell Lane Takes Bachelor Nation Inside Her Nursery: 'My New Favorite Room'
Lauren Bushnell Lane’s baby is going to be one lucky boy!
The pregnant Bachelor Nation star — who is anticipating the June arrival of a son with husband Chris Lane — took to Instagram on Monday to give fans a first look inside the Nashville-based family’s nursery.
“My new favorite room in the house,” Lauren enthused. “It’s even more magical than I imagined.”
The soon-to-be mom then thanked Pottery Barn Kids and Realm Design Co. for “bringing [her] vision to life!”
As seen in a series of stunning images, the nursery — drenched in sunlight peering in through an expansive window — features sleek furniture, whimsical wall art, a cozy rug, and a chic chandelier. In a blog post, Lauren described the inspiration behind the dreamy space.
“When coming up with the design I knew I wanted something neutral, timeless, cozy, and inviting. One of the biggest pieces of advice I got was to make the nursery a peaceful and comfortable spot because as a new mom you spend a lot of time in it,” she wrote. “We went with a super neutral aesthetic not only because I love the look, but also because we will be able to reuse a lot of the furniture and decor in the future.”
Lauren’s nursery reveal came on the same day she shared photos from a gorgeous maternity shoot with her country singer hubby. The pair announced their pregnancy in December.
“Whenever @iamchrislane and I try to take photos, one of us ends up with a double chin in just about every shot from laughing so hard and likely at something no one else would think is funny,” she wrote alongside a slideshow of sweet snapshots, for which her baby bump is on display. “But I wouldn’t have it any other way.”
