Rock Out with Katie Thurston's Bachelor Nation Playlist Before 'The Bachelorette' Premiere
Volume up! Before her “Bachelorette” journey kicks off next week, Katie Thurston curated a Spotify playlist for BachelorNation.com.
The reigning franchise lead pulled 20 of her favorite tracks for fans, leaning into her penchant for 2000s emo bands like Coheed and Cambria, Taking Back Sunday, Boys Like Girls, and The Red Jumpsuit Apparatus.
Some of Katie’s song choices seem to hint at the ups and downs she experienced as the Season 17 Bachelorette. “Death of a Bachelor” by Panic! At the Disco made the cut, as did New Found Glory’s 2007 cover of Sixpence None the Richer’s ’90s hit “Kiss Me.”
As seen in previews for “The Bachelorette,” Katie seemingly has no problem sending one of her suitors home early (Alexa, play “Death of a Bachelor”) and she enjoys a series of steamy makeout sessions (cue “Kiss Me”!).
Rock out with Katie’s playlist below — and see how her story unfolds when “The Bachelorette” Season 17 premieres Monday, June 7, on ABC at 8 p.m. ET.
